An eastern Pennsylvania woman faces trial on charges she assaulted a garbage man who didn't pick up her trash.

The Express-Times reports court records say 49-year-old Lower Saucon Township resident Sarah Hart didn't have her trash out in time May 15. Authorities allege she then brought it to the driveway and ordered the trash hauler to pick it up with his teeth.

According to court records, she told him: "You drive a garbage truck and I drive a Range Rover."

Police say the man tried to walk away, but Hart followed him and hit him in the face so hard one of his teeth was broken.

A judge on Tuesday ruled there was enough evidence for Hart to face trial on charges of simple assault and harassment. There was no answer at a telephone listing for her.
