Smak Parlour at 2nd and Market Streets specializes in hip, hard to find items.
Recently, owners Abby Keffler and Katie Lubieski decided to create a mobile women's wear boutique. Everywhere they go, they need a permit.
Right now you can find them on 40th Street in University City near Locust Walk. They are considering road trips to the Jersey Shore and New York City. "We tricked out this truck pretty hard core," said Lubieski. "It's really different. We just love it."
"We are very affordable," said Keffler. "Everything is under $100, and even specifically on the truck under $60. There is something for everybody here."
