DA: Pennsylvania teen killed dissatisfied crack customer

YORK, Pa. - August 13, 2013

York County Assistant District Attorney David Maisch made that argument Monday in opening the murder trial of 19-year-old Bruce Williams Jr., of York.

The York Dispatch reports 32-year-old Jesse Heverling was gunned down on Nov. 10, 2011, when he went to a crack house on pay day, and argued with Williams about the poor quality of the drugs he bought.

Williams, who was just 17 at the time but is being tried as an adult, fired four shots, three of which struck Heverling.

Williams' attorney says the witnesses are all criminals who cannot be trusted. The trial was to continue Tuesday.
