It was around 3:00 a.m. when police and firefighters in Chester responded to a three vehicle crash on southbound I-95 at Highland Avenue.
The accident had three lanes of the highway closed with traffic getting by on the shoulder while the scene was investigated and cleared.
All three victims were transported to Crozer-Chester Hospital for treatment.
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating.
