2 burglars steal $2,550 from Germantown steak shop

Philadelphia police are asking the public's help in identifying two burglars who stole approximately $2,550 from a Germantown eatery.

Authorities released surveillance video of the incident from Lee's Steaks and Hoagies at 5708 Germantown Avenue at 5:20 a.m. Tuesday.

Investigators say the suspects broke in through the roof and then stole cash and a bunch of cigarettes.

Suspect #1 is described as black male, 18 to 25 years-of-age, 5'7, thin build, facial hair, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, dark colored sneakers and white socks covering his hands.

Suspect #2 is described as a black male, 18 to 25 years-of-age, 5'7, thin build, facial hair with sideburns, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, white towel or shirt covering his face and gray sweatpants.
