27-year-old Dennis Nibblings is charged with robbery, burglary and other offenses.
Police say Nibblings is one of three armed men who broke into an apartment and stole a wallet and some cash.
It happened just before 1:00 a.m. on the 5400 block of Locust Street.
Police say a 52-year-old woman in the apartment was shaken up but did not suffer any injuries.
An investigation continues.
