Rachelle Boutique and Designer Consignment is having a grand opening from 4:00-8:00 p.m. today.
The location is 1040 West Lancaster Avenue.
Owner Shelly Lesse says her shop is different from other consignment shops, "Rachelle only accepts and sells 'couture' and upscale contemporary labels. Rachelle has a master authenticator on premises."
