SUV overturns in crash with sedan in Delaware; 3 injured

CHRISTIANA, Del. - October 25, 2013

It happened at 8:30 a.m. Friday at Walther Road and Creekside Drive.

Images from the Action Cam at the scene showed a white SUV lying on its roof and a dark colored Chevrolet Cruze sedan a short distance away with some front end damage.

New Castle County Police said the SUV belongs to ATI Physical Therapy.

The driver of that vehicle taken to Christiana Hospital in critical condition after he and a female passenger were extricated.

The passenger and the woman driving the Cruze were taken to the hospital as well. Their injuries were said to be non-life-threatening.

Walther Road was closed from Darling Street to Barrett Run Drive as police investigated.
