The incident happened at approximately 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Police say a 15-year-old girl was forced into a car in the 8700 block of Marsden Street. She driven to the Delaware/ Linden Avenue boat ramp park, where she was physically assaulted.
The victim was later returned to her neighborhood by the suspect. She ran home and reported the incident.
The suspect is described as a white male, 50 to 60 years of age, approximately 5'7, medium build, clean shaven, with dirty blond hair. He was wearing a black leather jacket, ripped navy blue jeans, and black and white Nike sneakers.
The suspect's vehicle is described as a blue 2-door older model vehicle, with scratches on the side, and leopard covers on the front seats and steering wheel.
