Prosecutors say Keith Peschen repeatedly sexually assaulted a girl, who was younger than 13-years-old.
He is the President of the Levittown Lions Youth Football Club, and the alleged victim is a cheerleader for the team.
Peschen was taken into custody by Falls Township Police and now faces a number of felony charges. He is being held on $1 million bail.
Police are asking anyone with information on any other possible victims to come forward and contact Falls Township Police.
