Police say 34-year-old Denice Parker and her five month old son Nevan have not been seen since Friday night.
Her family told police she was expected in Coatesville but never arrived.
Parker is believed to be driving a 1999 white Dodge Durango with Pennsylvania tags JSS-5996.
Authorities say Parker may be somewhere in or near Trenton.
