The initial call came in on Sunday afternoon for the fire in an area off Route 322.
Chopper 6 HD was over the scene on Monday morning, where some smoke and flames could still be visible.
However, authorities say the fire is under control.
The Department of Environmental Protection says the fire is in a remote area and no structures or people were in danger.
The department adds it is not uncommon for forest fires to happen in this area.
