It happened Tuesday morning as the girl was walking to the 10th and Green Elementary School in Reading.
The girl told police a man grabbed her along the 600 block of Mulberry Street and put her into a small black car.
He drove her around for about an hour then dropped her off near 10th and Robeson Streets.
She appeared to be unharmed.
According to WFMZ-TV, police are looking for a Latino man around six feet tall with a well-trimmed beard and black hair.
The Reading School District notified parents to be on the alert.
