It was 9:45 a.m. when officers arrived at a home located in the 500 block of Denbigh Lane in Uwchlan Township with the intent of arresting Alray Johnson Jr. for outstanding warrants.
Johnson would not come out of the home, barricading himself inside, and a standoff with police ensued.
He later escaped out a rear door.
Johnson was arrested around 3:00 p.m. walking along Route 100 southbound in West Whiteland Township.
