Pennsylvania State Police raided The Farmer's Cabinet on Walnut Street Wednesday.
Authorities say co-owner Matthew Swartz was arrested after undercover officers purchased alcohol even though the license had been expired.
Police say they were handed phony documents claiming temporary authority to operate.
Investigators also seized 832 bottles of alcohol.
