Police arrested 20-year-old Kevin Budianto, 23-year-old Michael Turpin, 39-year-old Bryan Biederman, and 22-year-old James Davis as part of an online child pornography investigation.
Police say agents found numerous files containing graphic images of child pornography on Budianto's computer during a search of his residence on South 15th Street in Philadelphia.
Budianto is charged with 50 counts of possession of child pornography and related offenses. He was taken into custody on December 16, 2013 and released on $10,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 3, 2014.
Police arrested Michael Turpin on December 17th after agents conducted a search of his residence on Poplar Street in Philadelphia and found computers contained suspected child pornography.
He is being charged with five counts of distribution of child pornography and related offenses. He remains in custody after failing to post bail.
He is scheduled for arraignment on January 6, 2014.
Police say Bryan Biederman has been charged with 25 counts of possession of child pornography, five counts of distribution of child pornography and other related offenses.
He also remains in custody. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 3, 2014.
James Davis has been charged with 15 counts of possession of child pornography and related offenses. He remains in custody.
