A Beaver County judge ordered 18-year-old Andrew Bullock on Thursday to trial in county court on charges including felony rape, aggravated assault and sexual assault.
The 85-year-old nun said she was putting papers in a recycling bin in an Aliquippa church parking lot on Dec. 13 when a man approached and offered to help.
She said she was "terrified" when he then exposed himself, punched her in the jaw and knocked her face-down to the ground while screaming at her.
Public defender Ron Rojas argued that the victim didn't identify his client as her attacker in court and couldn't pick him out of a photo array.
