The shooting happened around 12:30 a.m. Friday inside an apartment building in the 200 block of King Street.
Investigators say a 22-year-old man was pronounced dead the scene.
A second man was rushed to the hospital. His condition was not released.
There was no immediate word on the circumstances of the shooting.
