It happened at 7:00 a.m. Thursday at the IHOP in the 2700 block of Mt. Holly Road as the restaurant was opening for business and customers were arriving.
Police say 3 men walked in and demanded money.
Workers opened the cash register, and the bandits fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
No one was injured.
The search for suspects is underway.
