Officers were called to the 400 block of West Hanover Street at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday.
They found a man shot in the stomach.
Images from the Action Cam at the scene showed several police vehicles outside the row home where the victim was found.
Medics took him to an area hospital. There was no immediate word on his condition.
Police are working to determine what led to the gunfire.
