A judge ordered 27-year-old Harry Gaines to spend 11½ to 23 months in a local prison and 30 years on probation. He was also ordered to pay restitution to 57 tire slashing victims.
Prosecutors say Gaines and Aleze Lewis vandalized 59 cars last January in West Philadelphia.
Gaines plead guilty to 168 counts including conspiracy and criminal mischief.
Aleze rejected a plea deal, and plans to go to trial. Her trial date is set for November 6th.
