Police say 63-year-old Margery Broderdorp was killed when her car collided with a pickup truck on Buck and Montchanin Roads around 6:00 p.m.
The driver of the truck, 41-year-old Kevin Derbyshire, was treated at Christiana Hospital for minor injuries.
Police say a female passenger and two small children were also in the truck, but were properly restrained and uninjured.
The accident remains under investigation.
