The shooting happened around 6:00 a.m. in the 6000 block of Crescentville Road.
Police rushed the victim to Albert Einstein Medical Center where he was listed in critical condition.
The suspect remains at large.
Officers were talking to witnesses in the area in hopes of getting a description of the suspects.
