The accident happened along Pennsgrove Auburn Road in Carneys Point in Salem County around 4:30 p.m.
Officials say the bus struck a utility pole and landed in a ditch.
The injured person was taken to a local hospital. There is no word on the extent of the injuries or how many passengers were on the bus.
Power outages have been reported to be out in the area of the accident.
