Authorities say 41-year-old Carlos Arbelaez-Restrepo was arrested Wednesday and charged with 25 counts of dealing in child pornography. He is being held on $500,000 secured bail.
Prosecutors say distribution of child pornography was tracked to the home during an investigation. Authorities say a search of the home led to the seizure of computers and digital media storage devices.
