Bucks County man pleads guilty in rape of girl, 11

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. - February 27, 2014

Thirty-eight-year-old Keith Peschen of Falls, a former Levittown Lions Athletic Association president, was charged with child rape, involuntary deviate intercourse with a child and aggravated indecent assault.

He originally tried to enter a plea Monday in Bucks County Court but said he had only raped the girl once, prompting Judge Wallace Bateman to reject the plea. Jury selection was about to begin Wednesday when Peschen changed his mind and pleaded guilty to all charges.

The Bucks County Courier Times reports that the defendant did not speak during the brief hearing.

He faces a mandatory minimum of 10 to 20 years behind bars.
