Police and medics were called out to the 6100 block of Hasbrook Avenue around 5:45 a.m. Sunday after receiving 911 calls reporting a confrontation between a man and a woman.
Authorities arrived and found 21-year-old Luionel Perez suffering from a stab wound to the neck area. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses tell police they saw a woman, believed to be in her 30s, get into a vehicle and flee from the scene. The woman was last seen wearing a black tank top and shorts that were reportedly covered in blood.
No arrests have been made.
