Nick Martino often speaks to the media about PennDOT's snow preparations. However, his lawyer says he is now accused of "acting inappropriately with respect to a subordinate employee."
Martino is not under arrest or charged with any crime. His lawyer called the incident "very minor" and said his client was doing his job.
Martino testified before the grand jury back in October, but the allegation only recently became public.
PennDOT would not speak on the matter, saying it doesn't comment on personnel matters.
