Police say Bryan Brown-Camp and an accomplice were caught around 8:00 Thursday morning burglarizing a parked car on the 100 block of Wayne Avenue in Collingdale.
A witness called police and the suspects tried to get away, abandoning the car in the back of a Wawa.
Upon searching the vehicle, authorities found a shotgun and other incriminating items.
Both Camp and his accomplice, Terry Kearney, were arrested and face weapons, theft and conspiracy charges.
Camp is being held on $1 million bail and Kearney is being held on $500,000.
Authorities say Camp, who is on Philadelphia's Most Wanted List, will be escorted to the city to face his charges there.
