The accident happened around 1:30 a.m. on northbound Route 42 near Creek Road.
Four people were hurt in the crash that involved four vehicles.
They were taken to Cooper University Hospital with various injuries.
One victim has serious injuries, police say.

State Police shut down the road for about an hour to investigate.
The road is back open.
