Too many naps may be sign of deeper health trouble

We've always thought taking a short nap during the day is good for our health. But now a study shows it might lead to early death.

Scientists followed 16-thousand people over 15 years.

They found people who napped for less than an hour a day, increased their risk of death by 14-percent.

If the nap went over an hour, that jumped to 32-percent.

But researchers say this is likely because people who nap regularly, already have a medical problem that's putting them at risk.
