Police say Arthur Blumenthal hosted a large Sweet 16 party inside his home on Woodruff Road in Whitemarsh Township last month.
Whitemarsh Township police officers responding to a report of an intoxicated person say they arrived at Blumenthal's home March 21 and found an underage boy lying on the lawn and vomiting.
He was taken to a hospital and treated for an alcohol overdose.
Police say they found more than 60 minors inside and a large number of empty beer cans.
Blumenthal is due in court next month to face several charges including reckless endangerment.
