The incident happened at the Crown Plaza Hotel at 4010 City Avenue around 10:00 p.m. Saturday.
First responders were able to revive the victim, a 9-year-old girl.
She was rushed to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where she is listed in critical but stable condition.
The incident is under investigation.
