"I believe that isolation isn't just a senior problem," said Benita.
Her blog offers online companionship.
"With social media helping out, those conversations can get bigger and more dynamic," said Benita.
Everyone has a story to tell.
Hattie Lee Ellerve and Mo McCooper attend the class. They read their personal stories to the group.
Benita says, "...there's stories about civil rights and war...one hour a week and it opens up doors to a million worlds."
"The Best Day of My Life (so far)" is going national with groups all across the country.
