District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman, along with the U.S. Attorney's Office, announced the charges on Friday.
The suspects were arrested back in January and February.
Investigators say the men were connected to a single victim, identified as "Victim #1."
The D.A. said the men would communicate to Victim #1 online and exchange nude images and videos with him.
In addition, three of the men met the boy in person and attempted to engage in sex acts with him, the D.A. said.
The suspects were identified as:
-Matthew Krapf, 43, of Collegeville, Pa. Investigators say he was arrested after he allegedly intended to meet Victim #1 for sex. However, an undercover detective was posing as the boy and Krapf was taken into custody.
The D.A. said Krapf had sex with five victims total and exchanged nude images and videos with one other victim. Some of the sexual encounters were recorded, investigators said. Krapf is being held on $1 million bail.
Meanwhile, a federal indictment also alleges Krapf met two minors for a sexual encounter, which he allegedly videotaped, photographed and posted online.
-Christopher Steele, 33, of New Castle, Del. Investigators say he travelled to Montgomery County to meet a minor for sex. The D.A. also said he exchanged nude images and videos with a minor. He is being held on $1 million bail.
The Montgomery County D.A.'s office also noted that Steele is HIV positive.
-Paul Gavin Britton, 45, of Dover Del. Investigators say he travelled to Montgomery County to have sex with Victim #1. The D.A. said Britton took his own life while awaiting extradition.
-Mark Wilczopolski, 22, of Birdsboro, Pa. Investigators said Wilczopolski exchanged nude images and videos with Victim #1. He also allegedly had child porn on his cell phone. Wilczopolski was arraigned and given $100,000 unsecured bail.
-Glenn Kriczky, 58, of Birdsboro, Pa. Investigators said he exchanged nude images and videos with Victim #1. The D.A. also said he had child porn on his cell phone. He was given $10,000 unsecured bail.
-Jason Scott Becktold, 42, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Investigators said he exchanged nude images and videos with Victim #1.
In addition, a federal indictment said he allegedly asked the victim to put a recording device in a locker room to record other boys in a state of undress.
Local officials have not said which school was involved, but said anyone seen in the video has already been identified and notified.
