Dozen displaced, firefighter injured in 3-alarm Atlantic City fire

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - April 27, 2014

The flames broke out around 8:30 Saturday night on the 3600 block of Winchester Avenue.

Arriving crews were met with fire coming from the roof of the four story residence.

Firefighters had to rescue multiple people from the building. The fire struck three alarms.

One firefighter and at least two residents were taken to the hospital.

The Red Cross is assisting 12 adults displaced by the fire.

There is no word what sparked the blaze
