"My mission is to restore confidence, restore grace and elegance...to make themselves feel better, not invisible," said Rose Marie.
She is the founder of the Beau Institute, and is an internationally renowned expert in the art of permanent cosmetics for cancer patients and accident victims.
She says there are tricks to the trade to seemingly turn back the hands of time.
"The lighter, brighter, clearer colors really do a tremendous job in lighting you up, added Rose Marie."
One tip is to forget black and embrace bold colors.
"Color has enormous power. The most important for a woman is to know which color to buy," said Rose Marie.
