Someone just put their name in the hat for world's best boss. The billionaire CEO of a healthcare products company just treated thousands of his employees to a fully paid vacation in France just for being great at their jobs.

Li Jinyuan, the 56-year-old billionaire CEO of Chinese conglomerate Tiens Group, booked an all-expenses paid vacation for 6,400 of his best salespeople -- about half of his staff, according to ABC News.

Li booked nearly 5,000 rooms in Cannes and Monaco, with another 140 Parisian hotels. The group was also treated to a private tour of the Louvre museum in Paris and a performance of the Moulin Rouge cabaret.

French media outlets estimate the trip to cost as much as $22.3 million.

The vacation commemorated the company's 20th anniversary, and the touring group incidentally marked a new world record for the longest human-made phrase made visible from the sky.

On the last day of the trip, the group marched a parade on France's Cote d'Azur. With the employees wearing matching blue or white t-shirts and hats, the tour group spelled out "Tiens' Dream is nice in the Cote d'Azur."
