Chester police arrest suspect who attacked, raped woman on Christmas Eve

CHESTER CITY (WPVI) -- Chester City police have arrested a man they say attacked, stabbed and raped a woman on Christmas Eve.

Police say Shaquille Tillmon attacked the woman around 2:30 p.m. as she was walking through Deshong Park.

The victim was treated at Crozer Chester Medical Center for her injuries.

Tillmon is being held on $1,000,000 bail.
