Middle Township police host "Cops & Coffee"

RIO GRANDE, N.J. (WPVI) -- A cup of coffee is a treat for many, but having a cup of joe with a police officer can be even better.

The Middle Township Police Department hosts their "Cops & Coffee" program every month.

Wednesday, they were at Rio Grande Avalon Coffee.

As they drank coffee, they talked about issues in the community and also just got to know each other.
