New, high-quality, affordable and accessible homes in South Jersey.

CHERRY HILL, N..J. (WPVI) -- They celebrated new, high-quality, affordable homes Monday in one South Jersey town.

They broke ground for The Commons at Springdale in Cherry Hill.

Once complete, the building will house 160 units for older adults and adults with special needs.

Along with the apartments, residents also have access to health and wellness, recreational, arts and culture programs.
