Thanksgiving Day parade preps underway

BEN FRANKLIN PARKWAY (WPVI) -- Crews are putting the final touches on the Ben Franklin Parkway ahead of the 6abc Dunkin Donuts Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Chopper 6 flew over the Philadelphia Museum of Art Tuesday morning where the steps are painted in festive colors.

This is where the dancers will perform in front of thousands of spectators in the oldest Thanksgiving Day Parade in the country.

The parade kicks off at 8:30 on Thursday morning.
