Driver seriously injured in single-car crash in Delaware

NEW CASTLE COUNTY (WPVI) -- A driver has been seriously hurt in a single-car crash in Delaware.

New Castle County Police say the man slammed into a utility pole in the 500 block of Moores Lane.

It happened around 3:30 a.m. Saturday.

Crews pulled the victim from the vehicle and rushed him to Christiana Hospital.

Delmarva Power is making repairs to the pole.
