Driver locks students on Arizona school bus

A school district in Arizona is investigating the actions of a school bus driver who recently locked the students in the bus.

Surveillance video from the bus last week shows the students screaming and crying.

Parents tried to pry the door open.

The driver refused to let them off because of bad behavior.
