Jim Gardner speaks at St. Joseph's University graduation

WYNNEFIELD (WPVI) -- Action News anchorman Jim Gardner was the keynote speaker at St. Joseph's University's doctoral and graduate degree graduation ceremony Saturday.

Jim also received an honorary doctoral degree from the university.
