Teacher confesses to biting student in Texas

A teacher is facing charges, after being accused of biting one of his students.

It happened at an elementary school in Austin, Texas.

Police say the special education teacher bit an eleven year old during class, leaving a bruise on his upper arm.

Authorities were alerted after the boys parents notified the school.

The teacher confessed when questioned and told authorities he meant it in a joking manner.

He has been removed from his position.
