Theater Arts teacher Scot Pankey has some smooth moves. And so do the students of A. Maceo Smith New Tech High School in Dallas. Their single-shot lip dub to Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars' "Uptown Funk" is taking the Internet by storm, racking up over 1 million views on YouTube since it was posted over the weekend.

"I heard the song before Christmas and fell in love with it," Pankey told The Dallas Morning News.

He made the music video his students' first project of the new year. The video, which stars Pankey and students from his six different theater classes, was also shot and edited by students at the school.

"I told them, 'I am not a dancer, but I'd love to do this and go on this journey with you, and we can all learn from it and have a good time,'" Pankey said. "And they were all on board."
