A valedictorian in Louisiana was banned from his high school graduation ceremony, because his facial hair broke school policy.

Teachers stopped Andrew Jones at the doorway of the ceremony.

He was not allowed to deliver his valedictorian speech, or even walk across the stage.

School officials say they warned him three times about the facial hair policy.

Jones says he's disappointed that his years of hard work, a perfect GPA, were not recognized.
