VIDEO: Del. police dept. hopes to help special fan meet Taylor Swift
The Dover officer made famous for his Taylor Swift lip-syncing video, along with his department, are hoping to help a very special fan meet the pop singer.

DOVER, Del. (WPVI) -- Remember the Dover police officer who gained YouTube fame for his lip-syncing of Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off?"

That officer and his department are hoping to put that fame to good use.

Dash cam video of officer Jeff Davis' very animated rendition of the song has 34 million views on YouTube!

As a result of the video, the department received tickets from Swift's record label for her concert at Lincoln Financial Field in June.

The department offered them to 13-year-old Victoria Marsh.

However the teen, who had the lower half of her leg amputated in February, is undergoing chemotherapy for osteosarcoma - a type of bone cancer - and is now unable to go.

Marsh's dream is to meet Swift in person and the police department created a new video in hopes of making that dream a reality.
