Linkin Park, Bruno Mars, Niall Horan take home American Music Awards
The 2017 American Music Awards are finished, and Bruno Mars was the big winner of the night taking home seven awards, including Artist of the Year.
Music icon Diana Ross was honored with the Lifetime Achievement award as she performed a medley of her hit songs.
Niall Horan took home the New Artist of the Year Award, and the award for Favorite Artist - Alternative Rock was especially poignant for Linkin Park after lead singer Chester Bennington passed away this year.
"I want you guys to take a moment to appreciate what you've got, and make Chester proud," band member Mike Shinoda said when accepting the award.
